EFT is a mind/body healing modality that resolves the negative beliefs and traumatic memories underlying physical and emotional symptoms. It works by the simple action of tapping with the fingers on acupuncture meridian endpoints while thinking about the negative emotion or memory.

People can be forgiven for wondering how such a simple action can release deep-seated issues and traumas, which is why it really needs to be experienced to be appreciated. Hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner Russel Brownlee will discuss the concepts behind EFT and will give a demonstration that will equip participants with the ability to begin using the technique on themselves.

He will also share his insights on how EFT can be used for attracting wealth, creating harmonious relationships, and deepening one’s spiritual connection.
