When we meet, you are the only person in the world. You get an hour and a half of my total attention.

There are no rules about how you should be or how you’re supposed to feel. There are no secrets because everything is accepted completely and without judgment.

You are in control of the pace of the work – we can go as slowly or as quickly as you like. There are no rules about how long it should take.

You are not your problem. No matter what you think you’ve done or what you think someone has done to you, you are not that.

You are not anything you tell me you are.

You are not anything I or anyone else will ever know.
